Landlords offered prize draw by insurance provider

Specialist insurers HomeLet is giving landlords the chance to win £500 of B&Q vouchers. This is to celebrate the launch of its product, Landlord’s Insurance+.

Landlord’s Insurance+ offers a range of cover including buildings insurance, contents insurance for furnished and unfurnished properties and Prestige Rent Guarantee which covers rental payments and legal expenses for up to 12 months.

HomeLet’s managing director, John Boyle, said: “In today’s tough economic climate many landlords will welcome all the help they can get. As a landlord myself I know that the cost of maintaining a property year in year out can take its toll. That’s why we’re offering landlords the chance to win £500 of B&Q vouchers.
