Jason Neale joins TMP Sherwins

Affordable housing broker TMP Sherwins has appointed Jason Neale as a sales director.

Neale joins from First Complete Mortgage Network where, for the past five years he was a regional sales director, where he has found himself responsible for the recruitment, management and performance of a large team of mortgage & protection advisers.

Prior to joining First Complete, he was sales director at Infinity Mortgages. He has also held senior management and business development roles at Advantage Home Loans, GMAC RFC, Chesham Building Society and Cheltenham & Gloucester.

Neale said: “The affordable housing sector is crucially important to the overall UK housing market and will be for many more years to come. I am really looking forward to working with the TMP Sherwins team to provide an exceptional service to both our home buying clients and of course our valued Housing Association customers all over the UK.

“We will continue to evolve our service proposition and build on our position as the UK’s leading affordable housing mortgage broker which will create an exciting environment full of opportunities for our dedicated and talented team.

“We are also keen to engage with lenders with a view to bringing more funding to this established, credible and growing sector of the mortgage market.”
