Inspired Lending joins Brickflow lender panel

Inspired Lending has joined the lender panel of Brickflow, the UK’s digital marketplace for specialist property finance.

The move means brokers using the platform will now be able to access the lender’s bridging finance products directly, with cases automatically matched against its criteria.

Brokers will also be able to compare Inspired Lending alongside other short-term providers, streamlining the process of sourcing funds for clients.

Inspired Lending is known for handling cases that do not always fit rigid criteria. The lender places emphasis on swift decision-making and close collaboration with brokers to secure suitable solutions.

Brickflow was launched as the first online marketplace designed to bring greater transparency and choice to the specialist finance sector. The platform enables brokers to model cases, check eligibility against detailed lender data, and submit enquiries in one digital process.

Gavin Diamond (pictured), chief executive of Inspired Lending, said: “Joining the Brickflow panel is an important step in widening access to our lending solutions.

“The platform gives brokers a clear view of where we can add value, reducing time spent on case placement and making it easier to match clients with the right funding.

“Our focus has always been on offering flexible bridging finance with a responsive, personal service, and this partnership allows more brokers to benefit from that approach first-hand.”

Ian Humphreys, founder and chief executive of Brickflow, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Inspired Lending to the Brickflow platform. Their commitment to providing simple and flexible short-term finance, delivered with speed and expertise, makes them a valuable addition to our growing lender panel.

“We look forward to working with the Inspired team to create more opportunities for brokers and their clients, and to continue driving greater choice and transparency across the specialist finance market.”
