HM Revenue and Customs is seeking to wind up the Mortgage Times Group.

A Petition to wind up the firm will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 13 January.

The Mortgage Times Group went into administration at the end of 2009. Just over two years ago it overtook the now defunct Network Data as the largest mortgage and insurance network in the UK.
