Gateway wins Nottingham valuations contract

The Nottingham has chosen Gateway as their panel manager to look after all valuations. From March, The Nottingham will be outsourcing all of its professional services department to Gateway.

Gateway manages a nationwide network of affiliated firms, alongside its large in-house employed surveyor workforce, Sonas Surveyors.

Alison Williams at The Nottingham said: “The management of the valuation process is crucial to our business and we looked carefully at all leading providers in the market. We were particularly impressed with Gateway’s commitment to risk management throughout their business supported by the group professional indemnity cover they offer for all of their individual firms. The senior management are experienced panel managers who focus on both service and quality.””
