Fleet Mortgages teams up with Connells

Fleet Mortgages has agreed a new partnership with Connells Group.

The new arrangement will allow Connell Group’s national network of mortgage advisers to access Fleet Mortgages’ range.

Adrian Scott, group mortgage services director of the Connells Group, said: “We are delighted to add Fleet Mortgages to our buy-to-let mortgage panel as this widens choice for our growing number of buy-to-let customers and our growing number of mortgage consultants.”

Last month Fleet Mortgage revamped its entire product range with a complete overhaul of its standard, limited company and HMO buy-to-let offering. It also recently made a number of criteria changes including increasing its maximum loan exposure for new customers.

Bob Young (pictured), chief executive officer of Fleet Mortgages, said: “We continue to development our distributor panel and are extremely pleased to announce the Connell Group’s network of national mortgage advisers as the latest group able to access our product range.

“Connells Group is one of the leading property services providers in the UK and has a wide range of diverse businesses within the Group. Having them on panel means that a significant number of landlords who rely on Connells’ companies for their mortgage advice will now be able to access our recently revamped product range which offers a number of highly competitive deals tailored towards the specialist end of the buy-to-let market.

“Our range has been built on intermediary feedback and we will be engaging with Connells Group advisers to gauge their view of our products and the areas where we may be able to support them further. Everyone at Fleet Mortgages is looking forward to developing this relationship and ensuring clients have access to the most suitable buy-to-let products for their needs.”
