Fee-paying facility now available on Mortgage Trust website

Mortgage Trust has improved its online application process.

Intermediaries can now pay fees online via the www.MTon-line.co.uk website using the new Paypoint service, and will also receive a copy of their completed application form via email on full submission.

Mortgage Trust’s product range caters for smaller-scale landlords in the buy-to-let market and is only available via intermediaries. Its products are available for single, self-contained properties only whilst Paragon Mortgages continues to focus on professional landlords with more complex and bespoke needs.
