Estate agent falls foul of the ASA

The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has ruled that an estate agent made misleading claims in an advert.

A regional press ad for an estate agency, Cooksleys Exeter (2001) Ltd, viewed in September 2011, stated “1ST CHOICE FOR LANDLORDS””.
