Estate agency outsources conveyancing to portal

Estate agents Stack & Bonner is to undertake all its conveyancing work through the online conveyancing portal OpenConvey.

The decision is cited by OpenConvey has an example of its plan to to target larger intermediary and estate agency groups in 2010 as well as smaller brokers.

Steve Maine , managing director of OpenConvey, said: “We have a lot to offer individual brokers who want a premium service for their clients. But where we are seeing more and more interest is from larger players like Stack & Bonner
