Quantum Mortgages has appointed Emma Niblett as chief experience officer, marking her return to the specialist lender after a career break.

Niblett (pictured) was part of the founding team that launched the business in 2022, heading its technology operations. In her new role, she will take charge of the lender’s customer experience strategy, overseeing satisfaction and loyalty across all points of interaction.

She joins the executive team and will work with departments across the business to embed a customer-first approach, with the aim of strengthening brand loyalty and improving outcomes for intermediary partners.

Jason Neale, founder and chief executive of Quantum Mortgages, said: “Emma played a pivotal role in our early success and the launch of Quantum in 2022.

“Her return marks an exciting milestone as we continue to evolve our proposition and invest in delivering the best possible experience for our customers and intermediary partners. We’re thrilled to welcome her back.”

Niblett added: “Customer experience has always been at the heart of what we do, and I’m proud to be returning to Quantum to help drive that forward.

“This role is about more than just ticking boxes – we’re setting a new benchmark for service in specialist lending.

“It’s about demonstrating our commitment to delivering excellence, and ensuring every interaction with Quantum provides genuine value for our customers and intermediary partners.”
