Greenfield Mortgages has joined Dynamo for Intermediaries’ panel of bridging lenders.

The deal means club members now have access to Greenfield’s range of regulated and unregulated bridging products.

Averil Wagoner, relationship manager at Greenfield Mortgages, said: “We are thrilled to now be part of the Dynamo for Intermediaries bridging panel. I’m confident that club members will benefit from our quick underwriting process and hands on approach.

“We always ensure customer journey is at the top of our agenda, which aligns perfectly with the Dynamo for Intermediaries ethos.

“I look forward to developing and strengthening our partnership over the coming months.”

Ying Tan (pictured), chief executive of Dynamo, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Greenfield Mortgages to our panel and are excited about the wealth of bridging experience they offer.

“With a competitive proposition that will consider all cases, requires no minimum income and promises a same-day decision, they will be a very welcome addition for all of our members looking for short-term finance for their clients.”
