Commercial restructure at Aldermore

Published on

Aldermore has restructured its commercial mortgages sales team.

Ian Boden has been appointed to the newly created position of head of commercial mortgages and portfolio management. He is now responsible for managing the sales and distribution teams within the commercial mortgages business as well as his ongoing responsibility for our direct mortgage business.

As part of this restructure, Aldermore has also reorganised its regional sales teams into a North and South team. Gareth Claxton has been appointed regional sales director for the south and brings over 25 years of industry experience. Mark Pagett has been appointed regional sales director for the north.

Reporting into the pair will be the lending managers, assistant lending manager, and business development managers within those north and south geographical areas.

Both the south and north teams will report directly to Ian Boden. All other aspects of the commercial lending structure remain unchanged.

Charles Haresnape, managing director, mortgages and commercial lending, Aldermore said: “This is an exciting move for Aldermore’s Commercial Mortgages team and the restructure will further improve our offering for our broker customers.”
