Clydesdale and Yorkshire banks offer discounts on mortgage fees and insurance

Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks have launched two new discounts: 50% off mortgage rates fees and contents insurance to complement their new range of mortgages.

The banks are offering 50% off mortgage arrangement fees for new customers moving home or re-mortgaging, on a range of mortgages including a discounted offset at 2.79%.

Available to both new and existing customers, the Banks are offering 50% contents insurance when taking out buildings cover, an average saving of £80. Home-movers and re-mortgage customers can take advantage of both half-price offers.
