The referral service will allow SimplyBiz Mortgages’ 5,000 members to proactively approach clients in the commercial mortgage and bridging finance sectors through a referral service.

Marcus Grimshaw, senior partner at Fiducia Commercial Solutions, said: “Our simple referral process is perfect for advisers looking to enter this lucrative market and for established commercial brokers looking to improve their professional standing by demonstrating that they truly offer a whole of market service.””
