National debt charity Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) has welcomed the spotlight thrown by the Prime Minister on personal debt.

During his keynote speech at the Conservative conference in Manchester, Cameron said: “The only way out of a debt crisis is to deal with your debts. That means households – all of us – paying off the credit card and store card bills.””
