Catalyst, the short-term property finance lender, has announced the appointment of Kate Haas as marketing executive.

In this newly created role, Haas (pictured, left) will be responsible for artworking and creating marketing communications that will help Catalyst grow its business and reach new intermediaries and property professionals.

She has almost 20 years of marketing experience having provided artworking services for property companies such as Berkeley Homes, Crest Nicholson, Redrow, London Square and Thakeham Homes.

Anna Bennett (pictured, right), marketing director at Catalyst, said: “Kate brings with her a wealth of property artworking skills. At her interview, I was impressed both by both her creative portfolio and her energy. We clicked immediately and I knew she would be a great asset to the team.

“As well as artworking, I will be coaching Kate on all things Catalyst marketing from data to email campaigns, digital marketing to PR. With Kate onboard, I’m looking forward to producing heaps of exciting campaigns and communications as we grow Catalyst’s lending platform to the next level.”

Kate Haas, marketing executive at Catalyst, added: “I have recently moved from Kent to Dorset and I’m excited to be joining the team at Catalyst. There is scope within this role to utilize my existing skills as well as learn more about other areas of marketing and build my skillset. I was drawn to the company’s values and their different approach; I felt they would be a great company to work for. I dropped Anna a message on LinkedIn and now here I am!”
