BridgeCompare.com claims £35m lending ceiling

Specialist private finance distributor &lta href=&quothttps://www.bridgecompare.com&quot&gtBridgeCompare.Com&lt/a&gt has launched two new funds.

Firstly, it says it can lend up to £35 million within the M25. Smaller loans can be considered outside the M25 up to around £10 million. Loans are for residential investment and residential development finance.

It stresses that interest for development finance is added to the balance, not deducted at completion.

There are no up front fees and interest is usually between 1.25% and 1.6% per month, for up to 24 months.
