Bluestone restructures sales & marketing function

Bluestone Mortgages has made structural changes to its sales and marketing team in order to better serve its customers.

Mark Hollands, previously national sales manager, has been appointed head of sales and distribution. In his new role, he will be managing the key accounts team and will be responsible for Bluestone’s distribution strategy and corporate account management.

Joe Akosah has been promoted from marketing manager to head of marketing, where he will be leading all aspects of marketing and lead generation for the business, including digital, events and content creation.

Niamh Downey has been promoted to BDM team manager; formerly she was team leader. She will now have overall responsibility for the BDM teams in both the London and Sheffield offices. She will be working closely with the senior management team to drive the business’ telephony strategy as well as ensuring the BDM team provides quality service to Bluestone’s broker partners.

Harry Pleasance has been promoted from BDM to BDM Team Leader. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing the London based BDM team, and will also be working closely with the management team across all departments.
