Barclays to make residential and remortgage rate cuts

Barclays Mortgages is to reduce the pricing on a selection of 75%, 80% and 85% LTV purchase and remortgage products.

The changes will come into effect on 31 March.

Products benefiting from reductions include:

Residential Purchase and Remortgage:

  • 1.50% 2 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 75% LTV – reducing to 1.38%
  • 2.04% 2 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 80% LTV – reducing to 1.97%
  • 2.75% 2 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 85% LTV – reducing to 2.49%

Existing Barclays Mortgages customers can also benefit from price reductions on the following products:

  • 1.44% 2 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 75% LTV – reducing to 1.38%
  • 1.99% 2 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 80% LTV – reducing to 1.97%
