Atom TBDM trio gain CertCFB qualification

Atom bank has announced all three of its telephone business development managers (TBDMs) have successfully gained their National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) CertCFB qualification.

Emma Vardy, Jamie Fletcher and Sarah Pickard Fossey have attended the combination of face to face and online training sessions which make up the course, following Atom bank’s decision to upskill the telephone business development team with the same qualifications offered to commercial brokers.

David Castling, head of intermediary distribution at Atom bank, said: “I would like to congratulate all of our telephone business development managers for gaining their NACFB CertCFB qualification. As a bank, we are determined to deliver a higher standard of support to our commercial broker partners, and boosting the skillset of our team in this way is a vital step towards doing that.

“We know that combining the right processes with the best possible team is making a tangible difference towards brokers and their clients.”

Vardy (pictured, left), added: “I’m thrilled to have passed the course, which has given me first hand experience and insights into what brokers are dealing with on a daily basis.

“That knowledge will help me provide greater support and understanding for all of my brokers as we continue to ramp up our support for UK SMEs.”
