All Types of Mortgages Ltd (AToM) has entered into a new relationship with Skipton International.

Dale Jannels, managing director of AToM, said: “AToM has worked in the ex-pat arenas for many years and has arranged mortgages for those all across the world. We realise that many customers have left the UK, yet they wish to purchase property or refinance existing loans whilst abroad.

“We are grateful to be able to offer a limited opportunity to ex-pats up to 75% LTV, interest only and for a limited time, with no lender arrangement fee. This is saving some customers up to 2% in fees compared to what’s currently in the market. It’s a great offering and there are no limits on the number of properties owned.”

Product details include a 4.49% five-year discount, 4.99% three-year fixed and a 5.49% five-year fixed.
The are all available up to 75% LTV, with an interest-only option and currently with no product fees. There is a £299 AToM processing fee and normal valuation and legal fees apply. Available in England & Wales.

Jannels added: “This is an exciting opportunity for ex-pats but the product fee free element won’t be around for long, so do contact us asap if you have customers who might fit this deal.”
