A new trade association for the arrears mediation industry is to be launched on 1 February.
The Association of Arrears Mediators (AAM) has ben founded by Debt Management Services Ltd Excel Collection & Enquiry Services Ltd NCI Resources Ltd PDP Management Services Ltd and Property Services Partnership Ltd.
It says it will establish and maintain a professional code of conduct, aligning the industry with similar requirements placed on mortgage lenders, the broader financial services community and other professional practices.
