AFI confirms buy-to-let launch

Abbey for Intermediaries has confirmed its imminent launch into the buy-to-let sector.

Santander has been widely rumoured to be moving into the marketplace and a spokesperson told BestAdvice that a 2011 launch was likely.

She said: “We are pleased to confirm we will be entering the non-professional sector of the buy-to-let market shortly.
