AFI changes selected two-year rates

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) has made changes to its mortgage range.

The Homebuyer and Remortgage two-year fixed rate at 60% LTV is now priced at 2.69% with a £995 fee.

Two-year tracker rates are now as follows:

* Homebuyer and Remortgage, 70% LTV, 2.69% (BBR+2.19%) with a £995 fee
* Homebuyer Plus, 70% LTV, 2.69% (BBR+2.19%) with a £995 fee
* Loyal Mover, 70% LTV, 2.69% (BBR+2.19%) with a £495 fee
* Current Account Exclusive, Homebuyer and Remortgage, 70% LTV, 2.59% (BBR+2.09%) with a £995 fee
* Remortgage, 75% LTV, 2.89% (BBR+2.39%) with a £995 fee
* Core, 75% LTV, 2.89% (BBR+2.39%) with a £995 fee
