Access FS rolls out Elev8 adviser CRM

Published on

Access Financial Services has launched Elev8, a new CRM for mortgage and protection advisers, developed with Evolve Tech Solutions.

The platform brings together case management, workflow support, client communications, performance tracking, training and business development tools.

Access FS said Elev8 had been developed over the past two years around its advisers’ workflows, with the aim of reducing administration and giving users greater visibility of their pipelines and client opportunities.

The CRM includes intelligent reminders, AI-assisted client communications, workflow tracking and automated prompts intended to help advisers progress cases. It also supports cross-referrals, client reviews and other engagement opportunities.

Elev8 covers the client journey from initial enquiry through to ongoing reviews, with document guidance and workflow prompts alongside performance dashboards and reporting tools.

Karl Wilkinson, founder and chief executive of Access FS, said: “Elev8 is more than a technology project. It’s a CRM designed to help advisers build better businesses.

“Across the industry, advisers are under pressure to manage growing regulatory requirements while still delivering exceptional service to clients. Too much time is spent on administration and not enough on advice. We’re changing that.

“Rather than buying a system off the shelf, we built something around the way our advisers actually work. Elev8 brings together technology, training, support and business development into one connected experience.

“The aim is simple. Help advisers spend less time chasing paperwork and more time advising clients, identifying opportunities, and ultimately, providing better customer outcomes.”

Alongside its CRM functions, Elev8 provides advisers with training content, mentoring, best practice guidance and educational resources.

Amrit Bahee, head of operations at Access FS, added: “Elev8 reflects the wider Access FS philosophy of investing in advisers and helping them succeed.

“Technology alone is not enough. Advisers need practical support guidance and education alongside the right systems. That’s why Elev8 combines workflow tools, training resources, mentorship and business insight within a single platform.

“We’ve spent considerable time working alongside advisers to ensure the platform addresses real challenges. The result is a solution that helps advisers work more efficiently, engage more effectively with clients and ultimately achieve better outcomes.”

The platform will be rolled out to Access FS advisers throughout the summer as part of the firm’s investment in technology and adviser support.
