More 2 Life has announced the appointment of Steven Dodd to its operations team.

Dodd (pictured) joins the equity release lender as head of operations with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector.

During this time, he has held senior positions with a variety of financial services firms including Aldermore, Chorley Building Society, HSBC and St. James’s Place.

More 2 Life has also promoted Aaron Conlon to the position of operations director. He joined the company over four years ago and since then has contributed to the development and growth of More 2 Life. In particular, he has been responsible for implementing new products and improving the overall customer service offering.

Dave Harris, managing director of More 2 Life, said: “We are pleased to welcome Steven at what is an exciting time for More 2 Life. Steven’s experience in developing challenger brands will be invaluable to us as we look to grow the business and set More 2 Life apart from other lenders in the lifetime mortgages market.

“We are also pleased to recognise Aaron’s consistently strong performance with his promotion. Aaron has established himself as a true operational leader in areas such as service proposition and process delivery. Over the years he has helped us to define our proposition and implement our business strategies. Our ongoing investment in our team confirms our continued commitment to developing the firm at all levels.

“This is a dynamic, exciting time for More 2 Life as we expand our offering. Having the best talent in the industry on-board will help us to cement More 2 Life’s position in the retirement lending market.”
