Zephyr Homeloans is this week holding a webinar for brokers on current buy-to-let and renting trends.

The webinar, Is there a new normal in the buy-to-let market? on Wednesday 22 March, will explore the current UK shortage of rental stock, the effect of interest rates on buy-to-let landlords’ portfolios, as well as the impact on the buy-to-let market of proposed changes to property Energy Performance Certificate ratings.

Paul Fryers (pictured), managing director at Zephyr Homeloans and Matt Trevett, managing director at the Deposit Protection Service (DPS), which are both part of the Computershare Group, will speak about the latest buy-to-let and renting trends respectively, and will also answer questions from attendees.

Mark Rookyard, regional sales manager at Zephyr, will host and facilitate the webinar.
