Virgin Money ups Core and Product transfer rates

Virgin Money is making some changes to a number of products tonight (1 September).

The changes are as follows:

Core range:

  • Buy-to-let 80% LTV 5-year fixed rate with £995 fee will be increased by 0.30 percentage points to 4.44%.
  • All other 5-year fixed rates will be increased by 0.15 percentage points.
  • All 2 and 3-year fixed rates will be increased by 0.30 percentage points.
  • All 7, 10 and 15-year fixed rates will be increased by 0.30 percentage points.

Product Transfer

  • 65%-75% LTV 2-year fixed rate with £995 fee will be increased by 0.40 percentage points to 3.78%.
  • All other fixed rates will be increased in line with Virgin Money’s Core range.

The product changes are taking place at 8pm today.
