Virgin Money unveils new exclusive two-year fix

Virgin Money has reduced selected residential fixed rates and launched a new exclusive mortgage.

The new products have been launched today.

Details are as follow:

Exclusive remortgage deal with £500 cashback:

  • 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee at 5.43%.

Core:

  • 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee at 5.59%.
  • 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver at 5.93%.
  • 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee at 5.26%.
  • 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver at 5.58%.
  • Selected 75-90% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates reduced by up to 0.16 percentage points.
