Vida expands residential range and relaunches buy-to-let products

Vida Homeloans has expanded its lending proposition with the reintroduction of 20 residential products and the relaunch of its buy-to-let range.

The residential additions include Fee Saver and Foreign National products, with cashback available across all residential Fee Saver products, subject to product terms and eligibility.

Vida said the changes were intended to give brokers more options for borrowers with a wider range of needs and circumstances, while helping customers manage upfront costs and improve affordability.

The lender has also relaunched its buy-to-let range, aimed at intermediaries working with landlords and property investors seeking specialist lending options.

Products across both the residential and buy-to-let ranges are supported by the Vida Service Pledge. Under the pledge, Vida may refund the application assessment fee if intermediaries feel they have received anything less than excellent service, in line with its terms and conditions.

Vicky Birkby, managing director – strategy & partnerships at Vida Homeloans, said: “This range expansion is about supporting brokers with greater choice, responding to their feedback and continuing to back our proposition breadth with the high-quality service they expect from Vida.

“Reintroducing our residential products and relaunching buy-to-let helps intermediaries place cases with confidence, while our Service Pledge demonstrates our continued commitment to delivering an excellent broker experience.”
