Uinsure has been recognised as the fourth fastest growing fintech firm in the north of England.

The Northern Tech awards, which were presented by GP Bullhound, are made up of the top 100 technology based companies across the north. The general insurance company was also placed as the 42nd fastest growing company across any tech related sector.

Simon Taylor, Uinsure’s chief executive officer, said: “I’m delighted to see Uinsure place so highly in the Northern Tech Awards Top 100 list – to be one of the top four fintech firms in the north of England is a terrific achievement.

“Since our formation, we’ve committed ourselves to providing the best quality technology platform and insurance available and it proves that our strategy is working.

“2018 is a very exciting year for us – which has already seen us break our daily sales record three times – and we’ll continue to keep growing thanks to the support of our brokers and everyone at Uinsure.”
