TwentyCi has appointed Nick Huntley as sales director for TwentyEA and TwentyConvey as the group looks to build on rising demand for property data and insight across the estate agency and conveyancing markets.
Huntley (pictured) joins the business with more than 20 years of experience across proptech, fintech and SaaS, having previously held roles at Rightmove, Zoopla, Rello and PEXA.
He will oversee sales across TwentyCi’s estate agency and conveyancing brands, with responsibility for growing both businesses as the company expands further in the property and legal sectors.
The appointment comes as data and market intelligence continue to play a larger role for agents and conveyancers seeking to sharpen their commercial strategies and better understand local market conditions.
Huntley said: “I’m delighted to be joining at such an exciting time. TwentyEA’s reputation across the estate agent industry for delivering high-quality, data-driven insight is second to none, and it’s a huge privilege to be part of that.”
“I’m looking forward to using my background to help drive the continued growth of both TwentyEA and TwentyConvey, while supporting clients to unlock even greater value from our first-rate data, giving them deeper insight into their markets and helping them position their brands ahead of the competition.”
Colin Bradshaw, chief executive of TwentyCi, added: “Nick’s arrival is hugely exciting for TwentyCi. He brings the focus and experience needed to unlock new opportunities and accelerate our next phase of growth. We’re thrilled he’s at the helm.”
TwentyCi provides residential property data, analytics and insight to the UK market for marketing and wider strategic use.
Its TwentyEA brand was launched in 2016 to provide data-led services to estate agents and other residential property professionals. The business says it tracks more than 99% of residential property listings in real time, using that information to help agents grow market share and refine their marketing activity.
