OneDome has launched a national television campaign promoting its integrated homebuying service, which brings mortgage advice, conveyancing, surveying and insurance into a single package.
The property technology business said its “The New Way” campaign is expected to reach 7.6 million viewers across Britain and will run until the end of October.
The campaign is designed to challenge the traditional homebuying process, where buyers can be required to separately coordinate mortgage brokers, conveyancers, surveyors and insurers.
OneDome’s first national 30-second advert will air during Channel 4 News, with further appearances planned across the broadcaster’s programming.
MORTGAGE ADVICE INCLUDED
The national rollout follows an eight-week regional television campaign across the South of England during May, June and July, which OneDome said reached three million viewers.
Its HomeBuyer Service combines mortgage advice, conveyancing, a property survey and buyer protection insurance within one managed package.
Customers are also allocated a Property Moving Assistant who acts as a single point of contact and helps coordinate the transaction, while the process is managed through OneDome’s online platform.
The service has a standard fixed price of £999 and includes the OneDome Guarantee, which covers up to £2,250 of eligible upfront costs if a purchase falls through for reasons outside the buyer’s control.
‘ONE TEAM’ FROM OFFER TO COMPLETION
Babek Ismayil (main picture, inset), founder and chief executive officer of OneDome, said: “Homebuyers should not have to become project managers just to buy a home. Yet they are still expected to coordinate different companies, chase updates, and carry the risk when the process goes wrong.
“We built OneDome because the system should work around the buyer, not the other way around. The New Way brings the essential services and people together, giving buyers one team to support them from offer to completion.
“Taking the campaign national allows us to show millions more people that the stress and fragmentation they have come to expect are not inevitable. There is now a simpler, more coordinated way to buy a home.”
CHALLENGING THE ‘OLD WAY’

Paul Troy, chief marketing officer at OneDome, said: “The campaign uses humour to capture a situation that will feel familiar to many homebuyers. Different people hold different parts of the purchase, while the buyer is left chasing everyone and trying to make sense of it all.
“We want people across Britain to question why buying a home still feels so complicated, and to know that they no longer have to accept the Old Way.”
