TMG appoints Jane Gregory to lead financial services business

Published on

TMG Financial Services has appointed Jane Gregory as head of TMG Financial Services after a decade with The Right Mortgage Network.

Gregory (pictured) joins the group with experience of working with advisers and supporting firms within the network sector.

Her new role will cover adviser business growth and lead generation, alongside support across mortgages, protection and later life lending.

The appointment comes as TMG continues to invest in its adviser proposition, including its support, technology and infrastructure.

Bob Scott, sales & growth director at TMG, said: “I’ve known Jane for many years and have always had huge respect for her knowledge, professionalism and understanding of the financial services market. Bringing someone of Jane’s experience into TMG is a fantastic signing for us.

“She has spent the past decade working within one of the industry’s established networks, so she understands advisers, what businesses need from a network and what good support really looks like.

“We were very clear that we wanted someone who could make an immediate impact, and Jane was exactly the type of person we wanted.

“At TMG we want advisers to feel that they have people around them who know their business, understand what they are trying to achieve and will genuinely help them get there.

“Jane will play a major part in strengthening that even further.”

Scott Thorpe, chief executive of TMG, said: “This is a major appointment for us. We wanted someone with proper network experience, someone who understands advisers and someone who can help us take the support we provide to another level.

“Jane has spent 10 years at The Right Mortgage Network and we are delighted to have secured her for TMG. We’ve always said we don’t want advisers joining us and feeling like they’re just another number.

“If you join TMG, we want to know who you are, understand your business, understand where you want to get to and help you get there. That means proper support, more opportunities, stronger lead generation and access to people who can actually help when you need them.

“We continue to invest in the best people, technology and infrastructure because ultimately our job is to help our advisers build stronger businesses. Jane is a brilliant acquisition for TMG and I think she will make a huge impact.”

Gregory added: “I’m absolutely delighted to be joining TMG Financial Services and I’m really excited about the opportunity ahead.

“Having spent the past 10 years within the network environment, I know how important it is for advisers to feel supported, valued and part of something.

“What really stood out to me about TMG was the ambition, the culture and the genuine focus on helping advisers grow.

“There is a real commitment here to going beyond the basics and giving advisers more support, more opportunities and more reasons to build their businesses within TMG.

“I’m looking forward to working with Scott, Bob and the wider team and playing my part in the next stage of the Group’s growth.”
