Trio join Charlbury arrears system

Published on

Three legal firms have signed-up to be integrated to The Arrears Management System launched and run by The Charlbury Group, which brings the total number of firms contact to it to 26.

The three firms are Anderson Fyfe, Matthew Arnold & Baldwin and Drydens.

The Charlbury Group argues that multiple integrations through an independent system ensure firms with complementary offerings are able to communicate and demonstrate best practice throughout the arrears process whether they are lenders, advisers, legal firms, asset managers or estate agents.

Paul Duckworth , director at The Charlbury Group said: “There are now 26 firms connected via the Arrears Management System each benefiting from improved processes and management information. Our goal is to ensure that our independent system links all of the key providers in the arrears and repossession process
