ModaMortgages trims limited-edition five-year fixed rates

Published on

ModaMortgages has reduced rates by up to 10 basis points across its limited-edition five-year fixed buy-to-let range.

The specialist lender’s products, which carry no application or valuation fees, now start at 5.04% for single-dwelling properties.

Rates for houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) and multi-unit freehold blocks (MUFBs) containing up to six bedrooms or units start at 5.14%.

The mortgages are available to individual and limited company landlords at up to 80% loan-to-value, with a choice of fee options.

Becki Fraser-Tucker (pictured), head of sales at ModaMortgages, said: “We’re delighted to announce this reduction which makes our limited edition range even more competitive for landlords.

“By reducing rates across our five year fixed rate products, we’re giving brokers and their clients greater opportunities to secure excellent value, whether they’re financing a single dwelling property or a HMO or MUFB investment.

“Combined with no valuation or application fees and flexible fee options, these products are designed to help landlords make the most of today’s market.”
