Coventry for intermediaries has reduced every fixed-rate mortgage in its range, with lower rates available to new and existing customers.

The lender has cut rates by up to 20 basis points.

Its revised residential range includes a 5.17% two-year fixed-rate mortgage at 90% loan-to-value, fixed until 31 December 2028. The no-fee deal is available to first-time buyers and comes with £500 cashback.

Coventry has also introduced a 5.10% five-year fixed-rate mortgage at 75% loan-to-value, fixed until 31 December 2031, with a £1,999 fee. It is available for limited company buy-to-let remortgages on properties with an energy performance certificate rating of A to C.

Ben Williams, corporate account manager at Coventry Building Society, said: “We’re pleased to be reducing rates across our fixed rate range, giving brokers more competitive options to support a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers to limited company landlords.

“These latest changes reflect our ongoing commitment to helping brokers find the right solutions for their customers in a changing market.”
