Former NatWest national account manager Luke Christodoulides has joined ConveyBuddy as head of distribution.

Christodoulides (pictured, left) takes up the newly announced role after more than 22 years with NatWest, where he held a series of intermediary-facing sales and account management positions.

Most recently, he was national account manager at the bank from January 2022 until July 2026, managing relationships with UK mortgage broker networks and clubs.

Before that, Christodoulides spent 10 months as head of corporate accounts and more than seven years as a corporate account manager. Earlier in his NatWest career, he worked as field business development area sales manager for the South of England.

NEXT STAGE OF GROWTH

In his new position, Christodoulides will lead the development of ConveyBuddy’s distribution strategy and its relationships across the UK mortgage and property markets.

Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Christodoulides said: “I’ve been really impressed by what Harpal Singh, John Phillips, Mark Game and the team at ConveyBuddy have built in such a short space of time.

“There’s a huge amount of energy and ambition in the business, and I’m genuinely excited about the opportunity to help with the next stage of its growth.”

Christodoulides took several months away from the industry between leaving NatWest and joining ConveyBuddy. He says he is looking forward to renewing relationships across the mortgage market.

He said: “One of the things I’ve missed most over the summer has been the people. I’ve been fortunate to build some fantastic relationships and friendships across the mortgage industry over the years, so I’m really looking forward to getting back out there and catching up with lots of familiar faces — as well as meeting plenty of new ones.”
