Together unveils specialist intermediary team to handle £1m+ cases

Together has launched a new dedicated larger loans unit aimed at supporting brokers with high-value personal and commercial funding requirements.

The Cheadle-based property lender has introduced its Premier for Intermediaries team, which will focus exclusively on cases above £1 million.

The new unit will provide what Together describes as a concierge-style service for both personal and commercial transactions, working alongside intermediaries to support underwriting, offer guidance and structure bespoke funding solutions.

The team will be led by Dan Narwal, who brings 16 years’ experience across underwriting and business development. He has spent the past four years at Together as an intermediary relationship manager.

Narwal (pictured) said: “We are incredibly pleased to be launching this new, dedicated team for our intermediary partners.

“Despite ongoing economic turbulence, we continue to see strong demand from buyers seeking larger funding solutions, whether for investment or personal finance.

“Many of the individuals and businesses we support have diverse income streams or complex structures, so having a specialist team focused on these cases will help us serve this segment even more effectively.

“At Together, we have over 50 years’ expertise delivering flexible property finance across personal and commercial loans.

“When your clients need high-value finance, our team will be here to deliver fast, flexible and bespoke underwriting to provide the solutions you need.”

Tanya Elmaz, managing director of intermediary sales, added: “We are delighted to be launching this new proposition for our intermediary partners; a dedicated team handling broker cases of £1 million plus across our entire range of regulated and unregulated products.

“Demand for larger loans is rising, yet access to finance for affluent individuals and companies remains limited. By providing this service to brokers, we are helping to bridge that gap, taking on complex cases with expert support at every stage.

“At Together, we are always looking for new ways to support brokers and their clients. This launch will allow us to deliver more solutions and help even more people achieve their property ambitions.”
