The Yorkshire cuts tracker-to-fixed rates

Yorkshire Building Society has cut rates on its tracker-to-fixed mortgage range.

It has introduced a two-year tracker at BoE + 1.79% followed by a three-year fixed at 3.39%, up to 75% LTV.

At 85% LTV, it is offering a two-year tracker at BoE + 2.49% followed by a three-year fixed at 4.09%.

At 90% LTV, the Yorkshire now has a two-year tracker at BoE + 3.49% followed by a three-year fixed at 5.09%.

All these products are available with a £995 fee.

Alice Leslie, the Yorkshire’s mortgage product manager, said: “When we launched the tracker-to-fixed product we had a hugely positive response from customers.
