The Swansea Building Society has joined up with Twenty7Tec to offer its range of products to mortgage advisors and brokers through a mortgage sourcing system.

The Swansea’s products are now available on Twenty7Tec’s sourcing system for directly authorised users, offering a digital approach to traditional mortgage sourcing.

Alun Williams, chief executive of Swansea Building Society, said: “Swansea Building Society is delighted to link up with Twenty7Tec and to have our products showcased across the firm’s impressive mortgage sourcing platform.

‘We pride ourselves on taking a common sense approach to mortgage lending and we are confident that our offering of a personalised, tailor-made approach to lending is well received.”
