Newcastle Building Society (NBS) has unveiled two new new fixed rate products, one available up to 90% LTV.

The deals include a two-year 5.15% (6.2% APR) product, which only requires a 10% deposit from the borrower, and a 3.95% (5.9% APR) deal suited for those borrowers with a larger deposit. They are ava
