The Dudley to provide underwriter at Complete FS

Published on

Hampshire based specialist packager, Complete FS, has revealed that Dudley Building Society has become the latest lender to provide an onsite underwriter in Complete’s South Coast offices.

In 2013, Complete FS was one of the first partners Dudley appointed when it announced a new strategy for exclusive mortgage distribution through the intermediary channel and now the lender is providing a dedicated onsite underwriting resource.

Phil Jay, director at Complete FS, said: “We are committed to continually improve the value of packager distributors to intermediaries and to our lender partners. Our brokers now have an even better opportunity to access complex whole of market support in one place, but also having deals underwritten onsite as well.

“Our aim is to bring brokers and lenders closer together, which benefits everybody. Working closely with Dudley BS, particularly being their most effective partner in terms of business quality and the percentage of cases which are correctly packaged and presented, having their underwriter with us two days a fortnight can only further improve that trend of successfully completed cases.”

Jeremy Wood (pictured), chief executive at the Dudley BS, added: “Tony Salentino, Phil Jay and Damian Cain are three of the most experienced and knowledgeable individuals in the mortgage market and I am not surprised that they have flourished over the past 26 years through the economic ups and downs.

“Their professionalism and that of their staff in the way that they prepare cases and see them through is an object lesson to the market.”
