Specialist distributor TFC has added Foundation Home Loans (FHL) to its panel of buy-to-let lenders.

FHL’s range of products includes its new First Time Landlord range, and is now available on a semi-exclusive basis through TFC Homeloans.

Nigel Payne (pictured), managing director of TFC, said: “We are pleased to have linked up with such an innovative and exciting new business as Foundation.

“Alongside a modern approach to lending they share many of the values of TFC, most importantly a commitment to excellent service from an experienced team. Like us, they understand what brokers and their clients really want.”

Paul Brett, director of business development at FHL, added: “We are delighted to have established this new relationship with a distributor of TFC’s reputation and experience. Our panel reflects the highest standards that brokers can trust and we are pleased to welcome TFC as its newest member.”
