TFC expands Aldermore offering

Specialist packager TFC has added Aldermore to its panel of bridging lenders, expanding its existing offering of the lender’s commercial mortgages.

Brokers will now be able to access all of Aldermore’s bridging and commercial mortgage products through TFC.

Nigel Payne (pictured), TFC’s managing director, said: “We are thrilled to cement our existing strong relationship with Aldermore and expand the range of its products that brokers will be able to access through our specialist underwriting team.

“Aldermore is a true innovator and is highly regarded across the industry for both its product design and its excellent service.”

Charles Haresnape, managing director of mortgages & commercial lending at Aldermore, added: “We are delighted to have been accepted onto TFC’s lending panel and look forward to being able to offer their adviser network access to our bridging products.”
