Syscap acquires commercial finance provider

Independent finance provider Syscap has acquired Exclusive Benefits Ltd, a specialist commercial finance provider.

Exclusive Benefits, which also trades as EB Commercial Finance, has over 10 years’ experience in providing financing solutions across the legal, medical and professional services sectors.

Syscap has acquired the trading rights, client base and future income streams of Exclusive Benefits. Other assets belonging to Exclusive Benefits Ltd will continue to trade separately.
