Simplify has appointed Samantha Tickell as key account director as the conveyancing and property services group looks to strengthen support for introducer partners.

Tickell (pictured) has joined from Simply Conveyancing, where she was associate director and head of account management. She will take up the new role as Simplify continues to invest in service delivery for introducers.

Simplify said Tickell brings experience in account management and partnership development, particularly in building relationships with estate agency partners.

Her appointment comes as the business seeks to deepen its ties with introducers and improve the service it provides across its conveyancing and property services operations.

Dev Malle, chief business development officer at Simplify, said: “It is testimony to what Simplify is delivering for its introducer partners and the strength of the proposition that someone of Sam’s calibre has joined us.

“As Key Account Director, she is joining an incredible team and brings with her vast industry experience plus a track record of trusted relationships and delivery.

“To say it is a fantastic time to join Simplify is an understatement, with the business continuing to invest £10 million annually in pioneering technology and winning multiple awards. I know Sam will thrive on that momentum and the potential of what we can achieve with and for our introducer partners.”

Tickell said: “Developing and expanding my skillset and scope is always at the forefront of my mind and a primary driver in my career.

“It’s great to be joining such a strong and forward-thinking team, with everything geared towards supporting the Introducer and great customer outcomes based on the values of Innovation, Expertise and Care.

“I’m incredibly energised to be joining Simplify, whose vision aligns perfectly with my passion for continuous growth and professional excellence. I’m ready to hit the ground running and can’t wait to see the incredible milestones we hit.”
