Sikoia’s AI solution integrates with OMS platforms

One Mortgage System (OMS) has announced a new partnership with Sikoia to improve mortgage processing efficiency.

Through this collaboration, OMS has integrated Sikoia’s AI-powered automated document processing solution into its CRM and Originations platforms. This advanced solution is designed to simplify and accelerate the mortgage process, by reducing administrative burdens and significantly improving the borrower experience.

Using the power of AI, OMS users will be able to automate the processing and verification of customer documents such as analysing bank statements, payslips and tax returns, reducing the administrative burden of manual assessment. Other key features include automated budget planning, income verification, and employer checks.

Sikoia, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as both an Account Information Service Provider (AISP) and Credit Reference Provider, helps providers within financial services centralise and automate key parts of their customer verification processes. With a user-friendly Customer Evaluation Dashboard and API integrations, Sikoia offers seamless, secure access to well-organised customer data, ensuring a smoother and faster onboarding experience for financial institutions.

Neal Jannels, managing director of OMS, said: “At OMS, we are constantly looking for ways to enhance the mortgage journey for our users. By integrating Sikoia’s AI-powered solution into our platform, we’re giving brokers and lenders the tools they need to reduce paperwork, save time, and focus on what matters most – delivering the best possible service to their customers.

“This collaboration will undoubtedly have a positive impact on both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for intermediary firms and lenders across the UK, and we look forward to a long and successful collaboration.”

Alexis Rog (pictured), founder and CEO of Sikoia, added: “We’re excited to partner with OMS, a company that shares our vision for transforming mortgages and lending through innovative technology,” said Alexis Rog, founder and CEO of Sikoia.

“With a single integration into their cutting-edge CRM and Origination platform, thousands of users will gain access to AI-powered solutions that can not only save hours of processing time but also enhance the customer experience. We look forward to making this long-term partnership a success.“
