Rosemount adopts intelliflo office for adviser network

Published on

Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) has integrated intelliflo office as its new customer relationship management platform for member advisers.

The mortgage, protection and financial planning network has spent nine months working with intelliflo to configure the system for the needs of individual advisers.

Rosemount said the customisable platform would avoid the one-size-fits-all approach that has caused difficulties with other network systems.

Intelliflo office includes agentic artificial intelligence designed to scan for anomalies, prepare advisers for client reviews and identify potentially important information. Its open API architecture also allows advisers to use third-party tools and systems developed internally by Rosemount.

The integration follows Rosemount’s introduction of ProCeding, an AI-based ceding scheme tool, and an AI-powered system intended to accelerate the approval of financial promotions for members.

Ahmed Bawa, chief executive of Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA), said: “As a network, we understand the value and opportunities presented by working with the right technology providers, which is why this partnership with intelliflo makes so much sense.

“The intelliflo office system is outstanding in its own right, with regular improvements introduced which will support our advisers. But it also offers a high-level of customisation, with an open API architecture which means advisers can utilise a range of third-party tools, as well as our own internally developed tools, to deliver streamlined, bespoke advice journeys at an individual level.

“It’s a system that works well for both financial advisers and mortgage advisers, which lines up perfectly with how we work at Rosemount.

“This year we have introduced a series of technology-based enhancements for our members, and will continue to pinpoint ways in which we can support them in delivering high quality, personalised financial advice.”

Nick Eatock, chief executive of intelliflo, said: “We’re delighted to be the technology partner for Rosemount, one of the fastest-growing networks in the UK.

“It’s been really pleasing to see them use the core functionality available on intelliflo office to support both their wealth and mortgage advisers, while also making full use of our extensibility options to add their own innovations.

“Rosemount are a fantastic example of a firm embracing technology to ensure their members can work in an efficient and compliant way, while offering their clients a first-class, personal and digital experience. We look forward to supporting Rosemount’s continued growth.”
