Residential and Reward rate cuts from Barclays

Barclays is making a number of rate reductions across its Residential and Reward products.

These changes are effective from today.

They are as follows:

Key Residential Changes:

  • 2.86% 2 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £400k will decrease to 2.77%
  • 3.35% 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £400k will decrease to 3.31%
  • 3.65% 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, £1,000 cashback, 95% LTV, Min loan £50K, Max loan £400k will decrease to 3.59%

Reductions:

Purchase/Remortgage

  • 1.94% 2 Year Fixed, £999 product fee, 90% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £400,000 will decrease to 1.79%
  • 2.17% 3 Year Fixed, £999 product fee, 90% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £400,000 will decrease to 2.09%
  • 2.44% 3 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 90% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £400,000 will decrease to 2.35%

Purchase

  • 2.86% 2 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £400,000 will decrease to 2.77%
  • 3.35% 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £400,000 will decrease to 3.31%
  • 3.65% 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, £1000 cashback, 95% LTV, Min loan £50,000, Max loan £400,000 will decrease to 3.59%
  • 1.85% London Help to Buy 2 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 55% LTV, Min loan £25,000, Max loan £330,000 will decrease to 1.81%
  • 1.93% London Help to Buy 5 Year Fixed, £749 product fee, 55% LTV, Min loan £25,000, Max loan £330,000 will decrease to 1.90%
  • 1.66% Help to Buy 2 Year Fixed, £749 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £25,000, Max loan £450,000 will decrease to 1.63%
  • 1.94% Help to Buy 2 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £25,000, Max loan £450,000 will decrease to 1.88%
  • 2.18% Help to Buy 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £25,000, Max loan £450,000 will decrease to 2.13%

Remortgage

  • 2.23% Great Escape 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £50,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 2.19%
